Job description

The Chief Financial Officer's role is reporting to the Bodeboca CEO. The Finance Manager will lead the development of the finance team in its new divisions of accounting, FP&A (i. e. Finance Planning & analysis) and commercial finance. Bodeboca is part of B2C Business Unit for PRHQ, based in Madrid (Spain).

This is a highly autonomous role requiring good stakeholder management and engagement. Having a strong understanding of the business priorities and requirements is key to delivering an effective, robust strategy for reporting, analysis, and compliant accurate accounting.
This position is part of the Leadership Team of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Hierarchical management:

This position has a hierarchical management of 4 employees.

Main internal / external interactions on this position:

Management team reporting to Bodebodoca CEO. This role reports to Bodeboca CEO. Stakeholders are mainly internal (i. e. local and global), as well external (i. e. partners consulting and law firms).

Daily. This position holds a role in Bodeboca Leadership team. This later mean the degree of autonomy of the position is broad because the nature of the role is the management and director of Bodeboca Finance and Accounting team.

Indicators of success:

Biyearly evaluation (i. e. mid-year review and final year review). KPIs for its evaluation are set in goal setting by beginning of the fiscal year.
