Job description
Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.
Main responsabilities :
- Requirements analysis.
- Participate in the technical design of projects.
- Estimate effort in projects.
- Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and / or the client to contribute to the achievement of project objectives.
- Analyze and improve the performance of applications.
- Warn of possible technical risks in the project.
- Propose alternative solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers when the project requires it.
- Documentation of processes and tracking of performance metrics for systems.
- Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
- Train end users on the functionality developed in the project and the proper use of software programs.
- Implement the latest advances and technological solutions.
- Comply with the agreed-upon software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.
- Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
- Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
- Collaborate in the Omega community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.
- Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.
- Evaluate and recommend products and systems that contribute to technological innovation.
Mandatory Skills :
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce
- Experience in developing lightning components desired.
- Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
- Understanding of both DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus
- Should be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.
- Any other Salesforce certification is a plus
