Candidates for this role will already have robust and demonstrable expertise in Pharmacoeconomics, as well as an in depth knowledge of the different regional health authorities, key contacts and policy makers. As a Value Access Policy manager you will be given freedom and true ownership of relevant relationships across our global organization, as well as local authorities and stakeholders. To succeed in this role you will take truly hands-on approach and self- empower to perform gap analysis when required, and formulate creative solutions accordingly to contribute to the sustainability of the health system. You previous experience must include extensive exposure to high specialty care products, including rare disease medicines. Main responsibilities:Health policy:Knowledge of the national health environment, health plans, lines of work in investment of the key interlocutors in the administrationTogether with the Access Director, establish a collaborative and trusting relationship with key interlocutors in the Public Administration (Health System, both the ministry, technology assessment entities, payers and providers)Size and anticipate the impact of the new regulations of our health system, so that possible negative impacts for the company are minimizedPatient Access and HEOR:Establish the access needs by brand to define the priorities of future pipeline Coordinate the strategy and process of price and reimbursement negotiation with the Ministry during the financing and pricing procedure of new drugsCoordinate the execution of the national strategy and tactics to guarantee access to our products at the national level (value dossier, economic models. . . )Develop value at the HEOR level. Apply both internal and external pricing policies that comply with current regulations. Key measures of successOffer the company a comprehensive vision of the national health system, identifying the different stakeholders and their needs. Proposal, development and achievement of access plans for optimal access to the drugProposal, development and achievement of value projects throughout the life cycle of the products incorporating the priorities of the company and external to ensure that the value proposition is accepted and maximized in the market. Main tasks and responsibilitiesBrand Plan/Access Plan:Planning of annual market access strategies/tactics by product, giving active input during the Brand plan processConsolidation of the strategy and planning of the global activities of the access department for a better prioritization and achievement of objectivesCoordinator of access projects, by brand and / or national, participating in multidisciplinary teams, to define the priorities of the therapeutic A. according to the needs of Access. Support in the development and execution of the Regional Access PlanLead the development and creation of value propositions of Access: Value messages and evidence (materials, publications, projects, evidence in HEOR. . . ) that unite clinical, epidemiological and economic information based on the needs identified in payers and health service providers (eg: Adaptation of global value strategies to the reality of the Spanish market, incorporating input from the different Market Access clients (national, regional andIdentify success stories and opportunities for improvement in the regional plans of the Health Authority of the patient's care processIdentify actions of the competition or the healthcare environment that may favor/delay patient access to our productsPricing:Collaboration in the development of the company's local pricing and rebate (P&R) strategy including the development of potential innovative dealsStakeholders:Participation in meetings with Central / Regional Administration and in the support of regional teams with stakeholders that require itHealth Policy: Participate in the development and execution of health policy projects. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's (Health Sciences or Economics preferred), or similar qualification or work experienceWork experience in a similar position of at least 3 yearsProfessional level of EnglishAvailability to travelPreferred RequirementsPost-graduate studies in Pharmacoeconomics, clinical management, public health and health administrationsExperience in related areas such as Sales, Key account management, Medical Affairs, Marketing or similar.
