About the role:
- Manage DD, MediSpend software, Educational Grants and Charitable Donations ZV Platforms, HCP Agreements and venues of HCP/TPE required to hold ZimVie events and courses.
- Manage and coordinate the corporate image of ZV Iberia events and their participation in TPE. Coordinates the booth, the logistics, the attendees, and all related activities to such events.
- Collaborate in the logistics of the Iberia Sales Meetings with other people in the Iberia organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage DD, MediSpend software, Educational Grants and Charitable Donations ZV Platforms, HCP Agreements, and venues of HCP/TPE required to hold ZimVie events and courses.
- Manages the expenses of such events, , enters purchases orders, receives invoices and assures payments to all service providers, HCP (speakers) and scientific organizations in which congresses take place the commercial exhibitions.
- Coordinates the organization of the Iberia Events from the beginning to the end: from the planning to the execution.
- Secures proper Brand Display at Exhibitions , supporting marketing communications with the booth image, activities, and marketing materials in collaboration with other people from the Iberia marketing department.
- Manages staffing of the booth and communicates the details related to the different events to attending staff (i.e. event summary).
- Collaborate in the logistics of Iberia Sales Meetings.
What you’ll need:
- Experience and knowledge in Events Management, corporate events and TPE events and corporate image.
- Familiar with interaction of HCP, (speakers) other vendors, quotations and invoices.
- Knowledge about compliance rules will be essential.
- Prior experience in the dental field is a plus.
- English – Advanced level, other languages a plus
- Organization skills
- Ability to interact effectively with many levels within the organization.
- MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, is a plus.
