English Language Assistant

Job description

Our schools are looking for enthusiastic and energetic English teachers (English must be your first language) to assist the main English teacher in Primary and ESO with lesson planning, conversation and pronunciation, cultural exchange activities and Cambridge exam prep.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have an active N.I.E.
• Must have a Spanish social security number
• English must be your first language (C-2 speaker-level)
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience teaching in secondary school
• Cambridge Exam preparation experience
• Must have an open availability: Monday through Friday.
• Full commitment until June 24, 2024
• It is preferable for candidates to live within 45 minutes to an hour commute to the school.

General Information:

• Type of Contract: Paid Internship (Beca)
• Stipend: 1.354 euros gross/monthly
• Scholarship agreement ends June 24th, 2024. Contract can be extended up to 6 years.
• School holidays are paid, except Summer Break. The school provides medical health care and lunch everyday.
