Account Executive - New Business

You are a passionate sales professional that will go the extra mile to engage with your prospects, understand their needs, propose value, and convince them to take the professional development in their organizations to the next level. You are also super-resilient, know how to navigate the different levels of an organization to find the right person, engage with them and design a winning-plan. You are goal-oriented and like to inspire and motivate others through your success. This is a crucial role at Speexx, we are writing the first chapters and we are looking for new main characters.

What you'll do
Your main goal is clear: Win as many new customers as possible. For that you will need to:
- Research, engage and lead the whole acquisition process with potential new clients (Lead to New Client).
- Use all known prospecting initiatives at hand (CALLS, LinkedIn, e-mail, automation emailing, and beyond).
- Keep a healthy pipeline and master CRM hygiene.
- You will be responsible for carrying your own quota.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve your results.
- Work closely with the international Speexx New Business team.
- Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company's marketing team
- Report on results and hit and exceed key metrics
- You will be working in a nice yet competitive team environment.
Requirements
- A university degree in economics or business-related area or similar background.
- 2 or +2 years of experience working in a similar role within the SMB scope.
- Proven records of hitting and exceeding quotas in the past.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving B2B business environment.
- Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset, as well as a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating.
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office package, social media, and CRM.
- Understand and work with data-driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus.
- You are a good team-player
- English native level or similar (additional languages are a plus)
