Hey, this is Eduardo Rodés , VP of Customer Services at Bdeo. Our Customer Success team is part of a customer-facing team that boasts performing professionals with eclectic backgrounds and skills, making it able to manage diverse clients and different challenges in several geographies.

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Bdeo, your mission is to empower our customers to derive maximum value from our products and services. You will serve as the primary liaison, offering top-tier product and technical guidance, expert project management, and strategic business insights. Your core responsibility is to cultivate robust, enduring partnerships with our clients, guiding them through pivotal stages such as pilots, launches, and growth phases.
