Job Description

We are looking for a logistics technician to join our team. Your purpose will be to ensure compliance with customers and forwarders as well as international operations of supply chain including customs formalities. This role consists of:

• Being familiar with customs import & export processes and OEA certification
• Keep proper records of all forms of transactions related to logistics operations
• Resolve problems that are related to transportation, customs and logistics workflow
• Track shipments across different channels
• Communicate transport or logistics cost to customers or suppliers
• Evaluate and process claims made by customers

Qualifications

Education:

-Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred).
-Other related education (ie. vocational training in logistics) will be valuated.

Profile:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
-1+ years previous experience in logistics, Import & Export Process
-Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management preferred
-Great interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication and time management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Languages:

- An advanced level of english will be required.
-Other languages will be an asset.
