Ensure Service Level Agreements accomplishment- Identify and promote actions to improve the service**Basic Qualifications**:- +3 years’ experience leading teams in maintenance/project IT in Technology area and specifically in Financial Service SectorStrong technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas is essential:- Electronic Document Management Systems- Electronic Signatures- Optical Character Recognition- Document Generation Software- Single Sign On platforms- Tools related: OpenText, Logalty, Wacom tablets, Ondemand- Authentication Protocols, SAML, LDAP- Good level of spoken and written English is mandatory- Strongly result-oriented profile#J-18808-Ljbffr
