Processing payments to suppliers for recurring bookings
Communication with customers regarding pending or new invoices
Monitoring administrative processes
Contributing to the improvement of the payment and collection process for suppliers and customers

● Native/Advanced level of written and spoken Spanish & English
● You are currently enrolled in Administration, Finance or Business Management studies
● Possibility of signing an agreement with your university or school.
● A high level of both verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to manage and prioritize time to multi-task and to determine the urgency of each assignment.
● Attention to detail, goal-orientation, management and organizational skills, resilience, change management capacity, empathy and energy are your day-to-day soft skills.
