Your Role:

As Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for directing the teams that are the main point of contact for our potential candidates and are responsible to help them choose the most suitable and beneficial programs for them.

The sales team acts as a career coach and human resource counselor, providing candidates with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. The sales team is responsible for actively supplying the worldwide best luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their operations.

As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will also mentor the marketing team and develop marketing strategies that will use the marketing budget in the most effective way possible. You will ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s sales objectives and that communication between the two departments is kept clear and transparent at all times.

As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will ensure that the sales and marketing departments are making use of the latest technologies and applications so that we stay a step ahead within the industry and so that internal processes are fully streamlined and simplified for all involved.

As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be speaking to customers and assessing their wants and needs in order to provide the sales and marketing teams with key insights into improving their efforts.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  1. Grow our overall sales 20% a year
  2. Build, hire and lead a strong sales team based in our main office in Barcelona - within the following 6 months.
  3. Train and lead our international sales teams to an aligned, unique, corporate process - within the following 6 months.
  4. Connect Marketing efforts with Sales efforts for our 3 different products/brands.
