Join our dynamic team at AXA Partners to support the CLP accounting team across multiple countries. The role entails handling various Business as Usual (BAU) tasks, which are standardized across all countries. Key responsibilities include maintaining a consistent knowledge of Accounting and Excel, ensuring accuracy in financial processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the CLP accounting team. We are looking for our next Accountant Specialist to focus on growing to help CLP accounting team in several countries. What does your day-to-day look like? SAP ("OPERAS") System open items cleaning: Match and clean BS movements, and investigate differences. Copernic BS reconciliations: Preparation of low risk BS accounts reconciliations. BS reconciliations: Preparation and loading in the SAP system reconciliations. Prepare Journals, when needed to clear the differences. Bank statement control file: Update and identify bank movements, highlighting potential issuesCountry specific ad hoc tasks: Invoice control, T&L control, taxes, wire transfers, Support AP where applicable#LI-SPSu PerfilMust haveEnglish native/bilingual: all the communications and reports are done in English. 2-3 years accounting experience (desirable experience in insurance industry). Strong knowledge of MS-Excel. High knowledge of accounting. SAP knowledge will be a plus. Ability to travel if needed. At ease in a changing environment and willing to take the challenge. Good planning skills to manage with strong focus on attention to detail. Ability to work independently to meet targets. Team Player, Dynamic and proactive.
