Bachelor’s degree, -Procurement professional with experience in shared services environment with focus on business development and expansion -Experience with procurement tools e. G. Coupa -Fluency in English. Knowledge of any other European languages will be an asset (e. G. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Polish) -Experience in Microsoft Excel skills, -Hands-on experience of running process, technology or operations improvement projects or initiatives -Experience in procurement/shared services center or BPO/program managementJob summary Role The Senior Manager role will be responsible for establishing a business partner relationship with key internal stakeholders within Global Procurement Organization (GPO). In addition to defining and expanding alliances with leaders in each pillar in GPO, the role will be acting as business developer to understand our partners needs, analyze the operations, determine what can be transitioned to the SPC, size the effort and work with the Senior Manager for Transformation and Expansion to coordinate the incorporation to our Shared Services Model. The role will also be accountable for establishing KPIs, and SLA’s in alignment with the Head of Shared Procurement Services Center. Initially the role will operate as individual contributor but as the function grows it will be also leading a multi-cultural team. Key job responsibilities - Create alliance and relationship with key roles across Global Procurement Organization - Establish a business plan to identify opportunities of work to be transitioned to the Global Procurement Shared Services Centers. - Collaborate with the Senior Manager for transformation and expansion of Shared Services portfolio to define the project plan - Define SLA’s, KPI’s and productivity metrics in alignment with the Head of Global Procurement Shared Services and the regional Head of Shared Services Center. - Help build a methodology for analyzing the work, defining effort and agree on the governance framework with the Senior procurement Manager Governance Lead. - Partner with the procurement technology and S2P excellence teams to support innovation, automation and transformation of procurement operations delivery and expansion - Promote the strategic importance of Shared Services across each business unit supported - As the role and function grows, scope roles, recruit and hire according to business needs - Mentor and develop employees for career enhancement and direction - Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement operations within assigned area of responsibility or territory- Knowledge of any other European languages will be an asset (e. G. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Polish)- Experience managing complex customer relationship- Adept at both Procurement Operations and Category Management/Sourcing- Significant previous experience in procurement/shared services center or BPO/program management- Familiarity with procurement tools e. G. Coupa- Possesses the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills- Experience of improving processes and building scalability- Hands-on experience of running process, technology or operations improvement projects or initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
