Job description

Our Company:Europrop International (EPI) is responsible for the TP400-D6 turboprop engines design, development, manufacturing and support. Produced to power the Airbus A400M Military Transport Aircraft built by Airbus Defence and Space, the TP400-D6 is the most powerful engine in production. Consisting of a European collaboration programme between ITP, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls- Royce and Safran Aircraft Engines, Europrop International combines the best of Europe’s aerospace companies’ resources and expertise. Created in 2002, EPI is based in Munich and has a liaison office in Madrid. Job Description: Scope:- Technical Support activities in the Directorate of Service and Support (S&S)o Technical Support through resolution of Technical Queries (TQs)o Support to Customer Support Representatives (CSR) located at nations Main Operating Base (MOB)o In-service data collectiono Communication with EPI Customers (ADS and OCCAR) and with A400M Operators for engine related topics (letters, presentations, …)Responsibilities:- Technical Queries o Provide Technical solution complying with§ Customer needs through assessment of deviation to published limits, flight data analysis, troubleshooting, … coordinating with the design or system owners and Service Engineering team§ Contractual timeframeso Propose Manual improvement based on the in-service experience gained through TQ resolutiono On a voluntary basis, participate to 24/7 AOG support service- Customer Support Representative o Ensure CSRs are informed and trained to support Operators for changes w. r. t. Instructions for Continued Airowrthiness (ICAs)o Ensure CSRs are up to date w. r. t. in-service events happening in the global fleeto Support CSRs in their daily activities- In-service data collection o Monitoring of Service Bulletin embodimento Collecting and post-processing of fleet ageing data through regular CSR reportingo Collecting in-service occurrence reporting (ISO) through CSR network and ensure completeness of the ISO database- Communication to EPI Customers and A400M Operators o Issuance of Service Information Letterso Technical Support presentationsProfile:- Engineering degree- Years Experience: 3-5 years in aeronautical industry- Experience with aeronautical engines design / in-service technical support- Desirable experience in Technical Queries / Technical Variances and engineering event investigations - Familiar with TP400-D6 Programme- Fluent in English (writing and speaking); fluent in Spanish and other European language (French, German) are a plusReports to: Head of Customer Technical SupportOrganisational Role: Team Member#J-18808-Ljbffr
