Job description

Job Description:We are looking for a native English country manager for our English speaking customers across Europe. You will be dealing mainly with our european customers, managing sales and logistics administration. AW Artisan is passionate about gifts! Based in Malaga, for over 20 years we've been supplying wholesale gifts and making bathroom, aromatherapy and home fragrance products. It will be your responsibility as Country Manager to own the English websites, provide customer support and manage the sales process for the English markets. You will be required to complete the sales process from start to finish for all existing and new customers for your territory. It is your duty to answer all emails, calls and online chat for your customers and deal with their requests prior to making sales. You will provide after sales support and complete sales orders, invoices and job sheets. You will be also be required to carry out e-mail marketing. There will also be responsibility for the logistics. This will involves booking consignments to be sent to mainly English speaking countries and ensuring that goods are sent and arrive in a timely manner whilst using the lowest cost methods to achieve this. Key Tasks:Effectively manage the customer service and sales process for your territory on a daily basis. Provide excellent customer support to retain repeat custom. Answer emails, calls and online chat in a timely manner meeting service level agreements. Complete sales orders, invoices and prepare job sheets for the Warehouse Operatives. Where necessary provide courier interaction and prepare courier labels. Translation of products into foreign territory, this generally needs to be manually inputted into the Company’s system when necessary. Deal with and rectify any complaints or queries if it is identified that something is wrong with the order. Prepare and complete email marketing newsletters, update website banners and website copy as instructed by the marketing team. Provide holiday cover and back up support for other territory accounts.
