Your mission will be to lead the Engineering Security Team at PayFit, which will involve interaction with other teams and promoting a security vision in the engineering department and at organization level. You will:Manage the application and cloud security team within the Engineering DepartmentDevelop and mentor your teamDefine the roadmap, with the team, in coordination with other security teams and all stakeholdersEnsure security of the architecture and code review of product featuresConduct security assessments and penetration testing of the PayFit application and infrastructureRespond to security incidents and investigate vulnerabilitiesStay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilitiesPromote best practices in applicative security through awareness sessions, security standards and direct communicationMonitor and report on security metricsBuild and maintain a strong partnership with all stakeholdersFoster a security and privacy cultureThis role is for you if:You have 7+ years of experience as a security engineerYou have experience of leading or managing security teamsYou are comfortable with both Application and Cloud SecurityYou have experience of working in SaaS or equivalent modern ecosystem (IaC, GitOps, DevSecOps, etc. . #J-18808-Ljbffr
