Job description

At Eron International we are looking for a Communications Manager based in Europe to join our multinational team. The Communication Manager is tasked with managing relationships with social media stakeholders, strategically driving content creation and distribution, and overseeing the development of effective email marketing strategies. The role emphasises data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a cohesive and impactful communication approach.

What you'll be doing:

Social Media Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with social media stakeholders, including influencers, partners, and followers. Ensure a positive and engaging online presence through effective communication and collaboration.

Content Preparation and Distribution:Oversee the creation of compelling content, collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals. Develop and execute a content distribution strategy, optimizing reach and engagement across various platforms.

Email Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and implement email marketing strategies tailored to each brand, considering audience segmentation and campaign objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful email content that aligns with overall communication goals.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of social media and email marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. Utilise analytics tools to measure engagement, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all communication channels.Participate in strategy meetings to integrate communication plans with broader marketing objectives.
