At the Whiteam we´re seeking a Technical Manager to join our team remotely and work with European Public Agencies.

MAIN TASKS:
- Technological planning, architecture, solution design, development, testing and quality activities including assessment of other contractor’s ones
- Creation and execution of development plans and revision as appropriate to meet requirements and changes including assessment of other contractor’s ones
- Technical assessment of requests for change within the change management process including assessment of other contractor’s ones
- Management of technical teams including contractors
- Development lifecycle management and technical risks management
- Management of quality and coding standards including assessment of other contractor’s deliverables
- Code review namely from contractors
- Development and implementation of project schedule
- Reporting tasks
EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
- University degree
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills (level equivalent to B2 or higher)
MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of IT professional experience as technical manager on IT projects
- 2 projects in the role using the technologies, tools and components according to the Appendix TS.F - Backend development and Webservices/integration and project management
