Job description
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and suppliers at reception
- Handle document drafting, filing, and review
- Maintain office supply inventory and order as needed
- Update office procedures
- Gather necessary information and address inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel, and accommodation
- Schedule internal and external events
- Assist various departments like HR, accounting, and marketing
Qualifications-Requirements:
- University degree, higher vocational training or equivalent qualification in the field of Administration.
- Good knowledge of English
- Meet Cataliza requirements: "Programa Cataliza Universidad de La Laguna"
We offer 10 months internship with economic support.
