What you will doManage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors)Create and build partnerships with regional distributorsCreate conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotionsMotivate and support distributors with informationAnalyse and planning sales, indicators for the regionIdentify and stimulate the activity of distributorsUnderstand the regional market and its developmentCollaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented serviceWork with analytics based on statistical dataAbout youYou have more than 3 years of experience in salesYou have a high level of spoken and written Spanish and Russian languagesGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to make key decisions and solve problems, , service-oriented personWe offerA great team in a multinational work environment.
