This role can be based in London, Paris, Warsaw, or Madrid (Hybrid - 2 or 3 days in the office).
The Workplace Technology team is responsible for providing the right technology tools to enable Mangopay colleagues globally to do their work effortlessly. Our role is to make the rest of our colleagues as awesome as possible through the brilliant delivery of usable technology.

Key accountabilities:
- You will be passionate about continuously improving user experience, productivity, and collaboration via modern workplace technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale, high-capacity, and highly resilient user identity, collaboration, productivity apps and security solutions.
- Contribute to the strategy, objectives, and high-level plans for the Workplace Technology team, driving innovation through transformation and continual service improvement
- Designing, delivering, implementing, and operating new and reusable infrastructure solutions to meet both technological, financial, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with other infrastructure and application teams to create appropriate infrastructure solutions to facilitate both their and, ultimately, the business requirements
- Evaluation and onboarding of new Workplace Technology tools within the business
- Mentoring of junior members of the team
- You’ll lead and participate in projects, ensuring that projects are designed and planned well, focusing on delivering a solution or technical improvement.
- You’ll be an escalation point for our Service Desk team
- Provide hands-on and remote root-cause analysis of technical issues with the systems you work with
- Develop scripts, tools, processes, or solutions to proactively prevent issues, reduce manual work, improve employee productivity
Experience we would love to see:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (3rd/4th Line)
- Experience designing and deploying solutions for large, complex global organizations
- Analytical and structured approach to design, process, and advanced troubleshooting
- Expert-level experience supporting cloud-based and SaaS applications, including Okta, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Slack, Atlassian products, etc
- Experience in the deployment of cloud-based & hybrid workstations.
- Strong knowledge of End User Compute security practices
- Exposure to MDM products like Jamf and Intune
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems such as Jira
- Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc
- Strong experience with scripting (Python, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, PowerShell, or a language of your choice)
- Strong experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Expert-level knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on browser-based applications.
- In-depth knowledge of various IT systems, including email, document storage, identity, device management, VDI
- In-depth knowledge of best practices around data security and identity management
- Strong documentation skills with an eagerness to teach others
