Your Work-life opportunity

As a Senior SEO Expert, you will take charge of developing and executing our advanced SEO strategy, aiming to enhance our website's visibility and performance in search engine results. Serving as a key member of the product team, your role involves identifying growth opportunities through detailed keyword research, safeguarding our current SEO standing, and ensuring our website is well-prepared and resilient against algorithm updates. Your ultimate goal is to drive sustainable traffic growth, improve rankings for strategically important keywords, and protect the site from potential SEO pitfalls

You will be part of a team where you will work on:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes keyword research, market opportunity analysis, and competitive SEO assessment.
• Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical SEO issues and work closely with the team to prioritize and address them. Ensure the website is optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
• Ensure that content aligns with keyword opportunities and SEO goals, optimizing existing content and strategizing new content creation.
• Monitor industry news and updates related to search engine algorithms. Proactively adjust our SEO strategy to mitigate risks associated with algorithm changes and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Regularly report on SEO progress and insights to stakeholders.
• Quickly identify and resolve potential SEO issues, such as penalties or sudden drops in rankings, implementing strategies to recover and protect our search presence.
• Work closely with the product team and other departments to ensure SEO strategies are integrated with overall product development and marketing efforts.

Requirements

Who Are You?

As a Senior SEO Expert you will need to have:

• A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of success in developing and executing SEO strategies across various companies, including high-traffic websites. The candidate must have experience in leading SEO initiatives that have significantly increased organic search performance, visibility, and traffic growth.
• The candidate must have an exceptional portfolio of case studies or examples showcasing their contributions to substantial SEO successes, including detailed before-and-after metrics, strategic insights, and the impact on overall business goals. Experience in diverse industries or highly competitive markets is highly preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of technical SEO practices, comprehensive experience with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and a thorough understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript). The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical SEO issues is required.
• Demonstrated ability to identify strategic SEO opportunities and challenges, with a keen analytical mind capable of interpreting data to drive decisions and strategies that align with business objectives.
• Must be at the forefront of SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, with a proven ability to adapt and respond proactively to maintain and enhance search engine rankings.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex SEO strategies to stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications or continued education in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields are highly valued.
