Your mission: The Content Marketing Manager role would have the primary duties of developing content strategies across all channels and leading the execution of this strategy by the team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams and agencies to identify key messaging and content needs Define and lead the production of high-quality content of all formats (blog articles, landing pages, emails marketing, video, reports and ebooks, typeforms, images…) with the objective of creating awareness, driving traffic to our website and increasing conversions Create and manage a content and campaign calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh and relevant content Take ownership of our website, blog, and social media for all territories and make sure SEO best practices are always implemented and content is regularly created and updated and brand identity is preserved across channels Work closely with our performance specialist on lead-generation campaigns content Manage the production of sales enablement materials (sales presentation, sales emails templates…) by the team Work closely with the Marketing Director on lead nurturing campaigns through email marketing strategy Analyse content performance, create reports and adjust strategies as needed to achieve our goals Manage content specialist, agency, as well as marketing assistant depending on the need. Profile: Native or Bilingual level of English (any other language is a plus) 3+ years of experience in content marketing Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling and engaging content Experience managing internal and external stakeholders A highly developed sense of initiative and ownership Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Understanding of SEO and content distribution channels Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on content performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally A good knowledge of WordPress, Indesign and Illustrator is a plus Willingness to work closely with the Marketing Director and in team with other marketing team members Hiring Process Initial screening with Talent Acquisition Technical and Behavioural interview with Marketing Director 45 mins interview with our COO, followed by a 45 min case presentation to the COO and Marketing Director, based on an assignment given after Round 1 Values Interview with HR (plus online assessment) Our values and vision Teamwork: we have many departments, but we all work cross-function, exchanging ideas to improve the business and the consultant’s lives easier.
