What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced product manager with a track record of leading ideation, delivery, and ongoing management of interactive sales enablement software. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks strategically about business imperatives and has a passion for creating solutions for internal users and business stakeholders; loves working with engineers to bring ideas to life; and is constantly working to improve tools & processes. This position is based in Barcelona, Spain, but requires daily communication with teams in Gurgaon, India, and North America.
Why you’ll want to come to work:
Support the Sr. Product Manager in maintaining process documentation and communicating product enhancements to all end-users & managers
Define requirements for specific features & discrete projects as outlined by the Sr. Product Manager
Communicate product releases & fixes to multiple sales teams as they roll out.
Work cross-functionally to resolve project roadblocks and come up with alternative solutions if needed
Prioritize remediation of bugs and analyze key product metrics and user data to develop recommendations for further product development
Lead and motivate the members of your product delivery team, and work with team leaders and members to improve our processes, efficiency, quality, and overall rate of delivery
What you’ll bring to the team:
Must have:
1-3 years’ experience working in product development, strategy, data analysis, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with the product development process; experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
Experience wireframing, prototyping, and writing requirements.
Excellent written and oral communication, with strong comfort on virtual meetings and speaking to large groups in a remote environment
Ability to work with and communicate with our internal Tech team, and able to understand and disseminate information appropriately to various team members
Strong proficiency in SugarCRM
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
