Eli Lilly and Company, a Multinational Pharmaceutical Organization leader in research, development and commercialization of innovative products in different therapeutic areas, needs a:
SYSTEM ANALYST As a System Analyst, you will support a Global Document Management solution installed in multiple Lilly instances worldwide. The vacant position will be located in Madrid, but it will be part of a global team of over 12 people distributed across EEUU, Puerto Rico and Spain giving support to more than 10 countries over the world. You’ll take responsibility for providing support and delivering technical enhancements, reports and solutions to more than 20.000 customers worldwide. -Project Execution. Participate in projects, and delivering results on time. -Write or oversee creation and update of validation documentation for the supported system. -Ensure good testing practices are followed. -Develops business knowledge of key business processes. -Report development & in-depth troubleshooting. -Resolve incidents (TTs) and change request within committed service levels. -Escalates appropriately when services levels are not met. -Analyse series of incidents to identify problem. -B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics, in case of Mathematics or Physics studies, you must have knowledge, formation, experience, etc. of Computer Science.
