YOUR IMPACTAs Product Manager for Fraud & Chargebacks, reporting to the Product team in the HQ, in close cooperation with PagoNxt Merchant Solutions local teams and Getnet, you will be responsible of defining products and services, customer journeys and solution designs for all Fraud and Chargeback operations. You will be working on the Value-added services team, you will join a dynamic team of Product Managers and Fraud & Risk Analytics team members that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations. The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure successful delivery of new products and features. In this role you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch. The person who holds the position of Product Manager Fraud & Chargebacks will be responsible for:Help building a Global Fraud and Chargebacks strategy product functionality and roadmap, ongoing partner management at a senior level, owning the customer experience; articulating the value proposition; demonstrating significant industry experience and driving the creation of sales enablement tools to ensure the product suite meets its revenue goals. Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management of our Fraud services and Chargebacks services. Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and an execution plan. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the fraud prevention and chargeback operational disciplines. Manage product development lifecycle – Work with the product owners and stakeholders to define the problem in discovery, draft detailed requirements (BRD) together with acquirer needs and competitive benchmark, participate in the scrum ceremonies, UAT plans, and support continuous releases. Defines minimum viable product and prioritizes requirements balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions. Build Business case per product and product increment. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap. Build Fraud and Value-added fraud services partnerships strategy with third parties to accelerate time to market and to improve the value proposition of the Fraud & Chargeback products. Manage third party solutions and partners where applicable to ensure performance expectations are met. Identify KPIs and success metrics to effectively manage the product lines. Monitor and analyze those KPIs and success metrics to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to the P&L. And use this information to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizationsExplore innovation to develop products around AI and new Fraud value added- services (Fraud as a service, Chargeback guaranteed, consultancy, reselling, etc…)Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to Fraud and Chargebacks, and proactively identify potential impact on the company's products. WHO YOU AREEXPERIENCE+7 years around:Fraud technology and solutions, experience working with and managing third party solutions (Cybersource, Kount, Feedzai, Accertify, etc…)Experience with Fraud rules configuration and model performance experienceExperience with Fraud as value added services solutions (Chargeback 911, Ethoca, biometrics, etc…)Experience with Chargeback technology solutions with deep understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, ideally of the chargebacks / dispute management process. Product Manager with direct product ownership in Agile environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results on-time and within budget. Experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills. Vendor negotiations. Experience working with 3rd Party solutions. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience in product management in the global payments industry. Payment gateways, transaction flows, value-added services around merchants and payments, from the business and technical sides. Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests. Customer focused & business oriented. Processes and business flows. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
