Job description

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Digital Delivery Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities Act as Business Analyst to collect, triage and analyze business requests in the digital channels (web, mobile, eDetailing) for global internal customers. Manage digital projects mainly in the web, mobile apps and eDetailing areas as Project Manager using either Waterfall or Agile Scrum methodologies. Manage the relationships with external vendors, monitoring them through pre-defined project/service KPIs Execute QA of websites/mobile apps or eDetailing before they are ultimately presented to the brand teams for final approval. Experience and Skills Past exposure to web technologies and web development life cycle is a plus (PHP, Content Management Systems - better if Drupal, HTML/JS/CSS) Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus (SEO, web-analytics, campaign management) Communication skills, especially working in virtual teams Conflict and expectation management Business analysis skills Oral and written fluent in English Agile Scrum methodology is a plus, PM certification Past exposure to drupal is a plus Experience of at least 3-5 years in multinational companies, enough to be able to manage conflicts, challenge business customers and drive them in the proper direction WHAT DO WE OFFER Permanent contract.
