About the role As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our hiring strategy across European markets. Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead a team of three recruiters and collaborate closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent for non-tech positions. What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Collaborate with leadership to understand future staffing needs and workforce planning. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three recruiters to meet hiring goals. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for business positions across European markets, evaluate and understand the dynamics of each market to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Contribute to and enhance the employer brand, making the company an attractive destination for top talent in the Fintech industry. Manage international recruitment efforts, including understanding legal requirements, cultural nuances, and industry trends in different countries. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pipeline. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and business objectives. Conduct interviews using advanced methodologies such as Top Grading and competency-based interviews. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions. Explore, implement, and optimize the use of AI-driven recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process. What you’ll need Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager of hiring teams for business roles. Extensive recruitment experience in Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and the UK; experience in other European markets is desired but not required. Proven expertise in interview techniques, including Top Grading and competency-based assessments. Background in conducting assessments for senior-level positions. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and unexpected challenges in the recruitment process. Strong relationship-building skills to foster positive connections with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Proven problem-solving ability to address unexpected challenges in the recruitment process and find effective solutions. Resilience to cope with the dynamic and often demanding nature of the recruitment process, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Creative thinking to develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies, especially in competitive talent markets. Leadership qualities to inspire and lead a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
