This is What You Will do in This Role :
Execute general processes associated with change control, approvals, and information exchange involving both internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors
Define work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships of a project team to obtain optimum effectiveness
Mitigate scope, schedule, and cost concerns both internally and with customers.
Support development of departmental budgets and business plans for functional areas
Coordinate on-site activities involving (sub)contractors vying for the same space and time windows
Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures
Identify resource requirements with supporting plans and justification
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
Review and understand what deliverables are due for project and ability guide the team to project completion
Tasks and Qualifications :
What We are Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree preferred
PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
