WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a IT Network Service Delivery Specialist , you will be integrated into Network as Service (NaaS) Team to support the services provided to our internal clients.
You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that NaaS’ Portfolio meets customer and business requirements.
The service delivery Specialist has overall accountability for defining the service, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle in conjunction with the others NaaS Teams.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :
Follow-up with the several suppliers the delivery of the contracted services, compliance with SLA's, KPIs, Reports, Service Improvements, etc.
Follow-up with all the international internal Clients in order to create a Governance Model with them, compliance with SLA's, KPIs, Reports, Service Improvements, etc.
Follow-up of the contingency test in all our services. Follow-up of the major incidents, improvement plans, postmortems, etc.
Integration between the technical areas and the demand areas.
Providing a service plan to Clients managing and aggregating all relevant services.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Honing and leading improvement team for the delivery infrastructure Maintaining positive relationships with customers by identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the company context.
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction. Assessing customer feedback and using their expertise to establish, improve, and refine services.
Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
EXPERIENCE
years of experience working in a similar role.
EDUCATION
University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
High Knowledge of WAN & Cloud telecommunications (routers, switches, protocols, etc.)
Advanced Knowledge of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics Tools (PowerBI, QLIK, etc.)
High level of English.
Recommended experience : ITIL, Cobit, LeanIT, It control framework.
Knowledge of key technology stacks, such as Cisco, Azure, AWS and Circuits;
Understanding of networking technologies and emerging trends in networking.
