Position: Norwegian Senior Cloud Account Manager
Location: Málaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure new customer wins for a Cloud - maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, clients' sales teams, and channel partners
- Constantly research and educate yourself on the newest developments in the cloud capabilities and pricing for both the client and competitors
- Drive alignment and teamwork within the team, department, and organization, combining resources and efforts to achieve company-wide goals
- Take responsibility and hold others (such as Partners, TCM, Solution Specialists, Sales Agents) accountable for actions, decisions, and goals
- Engage with partners assigned to Opportunities to recommend the right solutions and close deals. Provide support to partners as needed
- Drive development and recruitment of new partners
- Control KPIs and pipeline rates: hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc
- Collect feedback on the most active channel partners and articulate it to the business: "Voice of Partner"
- Keep parties up to date on plan execution
- Collaborate with the local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions. Where TCM doesn't exist, curate and connect customers to an ecosystem of best solutions driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption & usage in the assigned territory
- Own preferred and unmanaged partner lists.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate or fluent verbal and written English and fluent or native verbal and written Norwegian
- 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience is required
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions is required
- Fundamentals certification is required
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning is needed
- Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer/partner-facing role. Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
- Experience working within a partner ecosystem is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into the cloud and hybrid solutions is preferred
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solution designs, as well as migrations and technology management
- An understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a plus
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
- Initiative to independently grow technical knowledge
