We are thrilled to open a new role for a Specialist in Incident and Risk Management to become a valuable member of our team in Barcelona, following our recent merger with BNP Paribas. This role is crucial in supporting our continued growth and ensuring the robustness of our operational safety and risk management processes.

Your mission within Kantox
- Develop and implement incident management policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive incident response plans for all departments.
- Coordinate incident response efforts and communication with all relevant parties.
- Monitor and improve the incident management program's effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong understanding of risk management concepts and have experience in operational risk management.
- Perform risk assessments for new products and features, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage and oversee Third Party Relationship Management (TPRM) processes, including vendor assessments, risk evaluations, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Take charge of maintaining the organization's ISO 27001 certification by conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary controls and measures to uphold information security standards.
- Assist in the implementation and development of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, collaborating closely to design, configure, and optimize controls aimed at safeguarding sensitive data and preventing unauthorized disclosure or leakage.
- Provide training and education on incident and risk management to department staff.
Who you are
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management, operational risk management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with departments unfamiliar with incident management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security System, Risk Management or a relevant field.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptness in adapting to changing circumstances.
- Experience in risk assessing new product features.

Beyond experience in incident management, operational risk management and third party risk management, we’re looking for a candidate who:
