At Eni , we are looking for a Planning & Control Analyst within Plenitude Renewables in Madrid, Spain . You will be responsible for participating in the development of the Renewables business in Spain and France. You will carry out periodic financial and variance analyses to monitor project profitability along all the development/execution stages and during operations, actively working with internal functions (accounting, planning & control, asset management, technical, and legal).

Plenitude is an energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing energy and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great professional opportunities for the whole team.


This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business. It will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the finance department at Plenitude Renewables, you will be responsible for :


• Performing economic and financial valuation of new greenfield and M&A renewables initiatives in Spain and France, with a focus on different technologies (e.g., photovoltaic, onshore wind, storage), to support top management investment decisions.


• Supporting Plenitude Renewables investment approval process and managing all relevant stakeholders.


• Supporting in the elaboration of the budget and 4-year strategic plan and KPIs monitoring in collaboration with HQ Planning and Control department.


• Optimizing the internal and shareholder reporting process, facilitating quick and agile decision-making.


• Ensuring reporting compliance with HQ.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :


• Master's degree in administration, Finance & Control or similar.


• experience in controlling with deep knowledge of accounting and finance.


• Experience in the renewable energy industry is considered a plus.


• Advanced knowledge of Excel.


• Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of oral and written communication (Italian is a plus).


• Written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills to the top management.


• Responsible person, with initiative, goal-oriented, and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.


• Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
