Account Manager Affiliation

Job description
We are part of the CLAR Group that operates loan brokering and financial services affiliation platforms around the globe. In Southern Europe we currently run loan comparison and broker services in Spain (Prestalo), France (Creditiz) and Portugal (Comparamais). We are now looking to expand our affiliation platform in the region. Therefore we are now looking for new employees for the position of Account Manager - Affiliation in our office in Barcelona, Warsaw or to work remotely. The position reports to our Affiliation Management team in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with advertisers and publishers to grow the business
- Prospect, reach out and and sign up new partners to be part of the Affiliation network
- Manage publisher relationships and develop assigned accounts to maximise performance
- Active participation in the development of affiliate network products, primarily on the Spanish, French and Portuguese markets
- Attract both publishers and advertisers and negotiate best possible conditions on both sides while ensuring quality traffic
- Preparation of reports on implemented marketing campaigns.
- Interaction with business and product teams within the group.
Key Requirements
- Experience with affiliate marketing
- You have at least 3 years experience in digital marketing sales and account management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel).
- Excellent organisation of time and work.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- Self-sufficeint and responsible
- Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with advertisers and publishers.
- Good knowledge of English (required for communication with clients).
- Excellent knowledge of one of these languages Spanish, French or Portuguese
- Commitment, ability to work independently.
- Negotiation skills.
- Willingness to develop personally and expand your knowledge in the areas of performance marketing and affiliation.
- Desirable but not essential experience
- Knowledge of advertising management systems.
- HTML basics.
