Job description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in overseeing digital transformation projects, website development, and other digital initiatives. The role will require strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with client’s project managers, guiding project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
What are you going to do in Allianz?
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to clarify business requirements and project scope
- Develop actionable project plans and compelling cost-benefit cases
- Engage with various technical and business expertise to define and develop fit for purpose Technology, Data, and Process solutions and delivery plans
- Coordinate workstreams end-to-end and actively manage timelines, risks, and issues with the sponsors to deliver expected business outcomes and benefit case s
- Single point of contact for the project/program sponsor, including set-up of necessary governance to ensure benefit case is being met beyond pure delivery of the project
- Identify in alignment with the sponsor stakeholder groups relevant for the project/program, keeping them engaged through the project using relevant communications
- Lead change management and training activities on particular projects, e.g., support technology adoption and align transition plans per project
- Propose new delivery methods to increase agility and shorten the time to market
What does Allianz need from you?
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferable in banking or insurance environments;
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including website development, App development,
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge on tools like Jira or Confluence is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with users and IT project teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good level of English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
