RESPONSIBILITIES

For our site based in Barcelona and within the Regulatory Affairs team, you are in charge of:

• Preparing and following up on registration dossiers, in compliance with national and European legislation for plant protection products, biocides, bioestimulants and fertilizers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely product launches.
• Preparing responses, allegations and appeals when needed.
• Ensuring the creation of the product label in close collaboration with the relevant country and regional departments.
• Ensuring the correctness, completeness and systematic keeping of the information and data of the internal databases.
• Planning and carrying out the budget for expenses related to registration.
• Coordinating the regulatory communication to our customers.
• Supporting the third -party commercial agreements.
• Offering insight, assessment, and comprehensive analysis of present regulatory concerns and potential future risks that are essential to our portfolio.
• Providing support for the other corporate functions with respect to registration and legislation topics, in agreement with the Country Regulatory Affairs Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about agriculture.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or natural sciences, or similar background .
• Knowledge in Regulatory Affairs. Ideally, you have experience in a similar position within the industry .
• Proficiency in English language .
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required .
• Ability to work in team .
• Detail and scientific oriented .
