As a  Client Relations Associat e, you will play a vital role in managing their clients’ accounts and contributing to the company’s growth.

We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to join their team. This role is ideal for junior candidates with prior experience in investor services or client relations who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Contract: Permanent
Location: Valencia, Spain
Salary: €22,000 – €28,000 depending on experience
Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents in accordance with fund offering documents and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct ongoing due diligence on investors and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Communicate effectively with investment managers, investors, and external parties.
• Process closings for private equity funds and ensure timely distribution of relevant documents.
• Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors for FATCA/CRS services.
• Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and file with relevant authorities.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in investor services or client relations.
• Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canadian, Cayman, and Bermuda regulatory requirements is an asset.
