3D/LF Manufacturing Operations - Mechanical Product Engineer Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Good understanding of material properties, hardware, software and electro-mechanical component design. Competent in reading mechanical drawings & specifications. Familiar with DOE, data/statistical analysis, mathematical modeling and quality assurance techniques. Fluent spoken and written English. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem -solving skills for technically complex issues. Excellent project management skills to lead and coordinate own and others work. Strong drive to make things happens. Able to make decisions taking thoughtful risks. Able to influence on stakeholders to get alignment towards common goals. Able to work collaboratively with teams from other disciplines, cultures and worldwide organizations. Excellent in communication. Fluent spoken and written English. Eager to learn.
