Your key responsibilities
- Establishing global corporate SC KPIs within the organization and governance mechanisms to ensure actionable insights from KPIs
- Leading the analytics impact assessment and overseeing the transition process from current SC KPIs to new ones . This involves conducting KPI simulations using visualization tools like Power BI, Qlik, SAP BO or similar
- Managing relationships with the SC stakeholders and other business partners , ensuring active engagement in analytics, securing buy-in for KPIs, and aligning expectations effectively
- Partnering with the digital analytics team to build the corporate KPIs dashboards
- Supporting the business units with a KPI performance management framework enabling them to use KPIs and analytics for business growth and efficiency
- Contributing to the global SC strategy by assessing the analytics maturity within SC, formulating action plans for improvement, and creating metrics for tracking

You bring
- Proven leadership in analytics, insights, and strategy with over 7 years of experience. Experience in consulting is a plus.
- Degree in engineering or computer science
- Robust background in data management, data visualization, and data governance, including SQL, SAP BO, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is advantageous
- Experience working with data in the Supply Chain sector, forming the backbone of your daily activities
- Business-oriented mindset, with a focus on understanding the Supply Chain environment and driving decision-making through data and insights
- Strong program/project management skills, demonstrating the ability to independently lead projects and engage stakeholders throughout the entire process
- Excellent influential and communication skills in English are essential for success in this role - capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders
