We have come a long way since launching in 2016 — we're in Norway, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Portugal, UK, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland - and we won't stop expanding.
We need your help
Due to solid growth Otovo has determined to establish a new marketing hub in Madrid, which will cover the performance marketing for some of the group's markets. Accordingly, Otovo seeks Performance Marketing Managers to run and scale the performance marketing demand generation from A-Z. The allocation of markets between the roles will be assigned based on language skills and previous international experience.
As Otovo is gradually transitioning from using local performance marketing agencies to building our own internal agency - you will have a lot of impact as one of the first regional performance managers hired. You will be part of the global marketing team where you, besides fellow regional performance managers, will have support from the head of performance marketing, digital designers, frontend developer - as well as local marketing managers - with experience of launching and scaling Otovo in 13+ markets already. On a typical day you might optimize Google, Meta and TikTok etc. ad accounts and make sure budgets are spent in local regions where the marginal effect is the highest; taking variables such as ticket size, time to installation and margins into account, order new creatives from our internal creative agency, conduct A/B tests and align with General Managers and local marketing teams making sure leads are coming in at a pace sales can handle.Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns on all ad platforms to meet key performance metrics
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to garner insights and optimize campaigns
Forecast and allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to advertising spend
Coordinate with internal functions to ensure continued performance and growth
Work closely with our design team and order creative assets
Reporting and keeping track of budgets and KPI:s
Who we think you are:
Extensive experience of day-to-day management of performance marketing channels, either from an agency or inhouse; preferably covering more than one country
Professional level German - both written and spoken
Professional level of English
Creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics - ability to present data with a narrative to inform and persuade
A self-starter that is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention to detail
You are self-driven, but thrive working in a team and across functions
You deliver fast and build to last

Hiring process
