We are looking for an experienced and creative Operations professional to join our Design team within the Real Estate Development business to drive our luxury hospitality projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that day to day everything within the design studio runs efficiently. This role is crucial in making sure there is a positive working environment amongst the overall team. The role is varied and offers support to the Design Team, Operations, HR & Recruitment functions of the business. A successful candidate must be creative, have a keen eye for design and details, be hands-on when setting up new processes, encourage teamwork across expertise areas, and come up with innovative approaches to conventional challenges. Responsibilities: Working on high-end residential / luxury hospitality projects in the UK and overseas Developing, producing and executing end-to-end conceptual designs and renders in conjunction with a wider team of interior designers, architects, 3D artists, fit out specialists and construction team Working from concept through to as-built in line with RIBA project stages, completing site surveys, developing design schemes as well as coordinating with internal and external project team members Managing the design team across all stages of the project Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture 10+ years of experience in interior design, including 2-3+ years as a Senior Designer Clear track record of managing teams and projects Knowledge of design job roles & responsibilities & RIBA stages Experience establishing and executing processes in a creative studio environment Some project accounting or project invoicing knowledge Experience working on high-end residential / hospitality projects Excellent tech stack knowledge and proficiency Relocation track record Fluent (both written and oral) English Nice to have: Additional knowledge of UK, EU and other worldwide regulations would be an advantage Hospitality design experience and awareness of the wider industry style/trends, similar experience may also be considered provided there is a proven success of managing and delivering projects Languages: Spanish / Portuguese Salary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
