Job description

RecruitGibraltar is helping one our clients, who is a leading international financial services company, to find a Pension Administrator to assist with administering new matters that come into the team daily, plus taking responsibility for allocated work in progress and managing the workload effectively and efficiently. The company has a policy of promoting from within and has a dedication to professional training and progression.

This is an 11-month contract to cover maternity leave.

You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area.

What will you do as a Pension Administrator?

• Dealing with all administrative tasks relating to pension schemes;
• Updating Viewpoint and other relevant systems where required;
• Managing ‘To Do’ lists and setting up file notes in Viewpoint, updating timesheet, and to ensure work is completed on time;
• Following a range of checklists to ensure adherence to procedures and accurate administration of a range of tasks;
• Liaising with, and responding to queries from BDM’s and Investment Providers by means of email, letter and phone;
• Liaising with accounts, dealings and compliance departments;
• Accurately scanning and filing pensions’ paperwork;
• Administrative support for all QROPs/ Pension products;

What do you know that makes you a great Pension Administrator?

• Previous experience working in a financial services environment ideally within a pension team
• Experience with administration essential
• Must have keen attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines without compromising work quality
• Organised and flexible in approach and able work under pressure
• Educated to at least GCSE level specifically with passes in English and Maths

You will already live in the local area

Salary £21k - £25k based on experience with benefits package.
