Job Description

Reporting to our Analytics Director, you will create impact within our Data and Insights team, within the Analytics Capability. We take pride in our collaboration with Google on the Analytics product and our work with some of the largest advertisers in the world, setting us apart in the industry.

You will work with a team of implementation experts and will design and deploy data collection strategies, document implementation plans and guidelines, implement tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools and ensure data cleanliness and reliability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Be a passionate subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis and understand the digital ecosystem, Google Marketing Platform and associated technologies.
• Translate our requirements into relevant data points to be collected to bring value to clients.
• Create tracking plans and implementation guides
• Implement tracking solutions, through Google Tag Manager
• Make sure that the data points collected on the websites are accurate and through QA processes
• Provide support and mentorship for other members of the team, ensuring they are progressively able to take on more complex tasks and upskill others.
• Find opportunities for clients to utilise adjacent services in the data analysis ecosystem
• Work with Senior Managers and Directors to improve processes and frameworks

Qualifications

• Digital Analytics Expertise: Over 2 years of experience in digital analytics, proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tagging. We also value experience with app tracking tools like Google Analytics for Firebase and event-based platforms (Amplitude, AppsFlyer).
• Understanding of web technologies, including browsers, tagging and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of privacy changes (ITP, ETP, Privacy Sandbox other initiatives) and strategies to handle measurement loss in a cookieless context, such as consent mode and enhanced conversions.
• Navigate and solve technical challenges in the AdTech ecosystem, with a focus on implementing analytics solutions.
• Cloud and Data Management: Basic familiarity with Google Cloud, BigQuery, and SQL is advantageous.
• Team Collaboration: You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
