If you have the experience, an international mindset and you're fluent in English, this is your role! THE ROLE: The Operations Manager's role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organisation. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, managing stock levels while fulfilling customer needs and securing compliance. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will help the company remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Design & oversee light assembly tasks. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. Help the organisation's processes remain legally compliant. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Manage budgets and forecasts. Achieve established profit targets through growing revenue, controlling expenses, and managing inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Responsible for complete, accurate and on-time reporting of key performance metrics. Provide written and verbal reports on operations on an ongoing basis and other written reports as requested from time to time. Proactively seek solutions from corporate stakeholders, peers and internal resources when challenging circumstances arise. Understand, and adhere to, all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of the business in the jurisdiction. Demonstrate and encourage teamwork and cooperation. Oversee grievances and intermediate workplace disputes. Other duties as assigned or as circumstance and conscientious fulfilment of duty shall suggest. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field. At least 6 years of proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role. Technical background. Knowledge of supply chain, organisations effectiveness, and operations management. Good understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms. Experience budgeting and forecasting. Familiarity with business and financial principles. Leadership ability. Proficiency in English and Spanish, verbal and written. #J-18808-Ljbffr
