JOIN THE TEAM
We are looking for a BI Developer to designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards for enterprise-grade IT solutions of BASF Agricultural. The role involves both technical and leadership skills to drive efficient product delivery. High-level objectives are as follows:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and understand business data requirements and translate them into Reporting solutions.
- Create visually engaging and insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Clean, transform, and prepare data from various sources to ensure it is suitable for reporting and analysis.
- Develop data models within Reporting Platform to support efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Optimize data queries to enhance report performance and responsiveness.
- Choose appropriate visualizations (charts, graphs, tables, etc.) to represent data effectively and facilitate understanding.
- Create interactive features in dashboards, including filters, slicers, and drill-through capabilities for users to explore data.
- Publish and distribute reports to appropriate audiences, often through Reporting Service or other deployment methods.
- Implement security measures and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor report performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reports for faster loading times.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or business-technology related discipline.
- Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in IT and / or IT Consulting
