Job description
Our client is a world leader in residential swimming pool equipment and is well-established in over 60 other countries since 1925.
In your day-to-day:
○ You'll maintain contact with customers to get feedback from customers regarding product quality.
○ You'll assist customers in resolving problems and complaints related to products or services purchased.
○ You'll build and establish a good working relationship with clients to facilitate increased sponsorship and revenue.
○ You'll treat our customers appropriately in accordance with established customer service standards
○ You'll ensure customer satisfaction
○ You'll planning and visualization of available stock for product repair/replacement. Follow-up to delivery of repaired/replaced units and contact with customers in the event of a possible breakage. Strong coordination with logistics
○ You'll assist the SAT salt electrolysis team in case of overload.
○ You'll maintain up-to-date knowledge of work operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs
○ You'll provide regular reports to management on all after-sales activities with the correct KPIs
○ You'll identify the main issues and provide the correct information to the Europe Aftermarket Manager
You're the person we're looking for if:
○ You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
○ You have at least a C1 level of French, Spanish and English
○ You have a general knowledge of After-Sales documentation
○ You work with MS Office Suite and an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)
○ You're highly customer-focused
○ You're flexible and can adapt easily to new processes and tools
○ You have excellent communication skills and great problem-solving skills (providing creative solutions)
○ You're a team player, and have a proactive attitude
○ You're an analytical person, with attention to detail
○ You ´ve a FP degree or University degree about electronics or mechatronics
