EMEA NetApp Marketing Strategist
Job Description: As a Marketing Strategist at Arrow, you will play a crucial role in contributing to complex marketing programs and initiatives. Recognized as an expert within the organization, you will create marketing proposals, manage program budgets, and execute online and offline marketing tactics. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience to solve complex problems independently, often leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities: Execution of Marketing Projects: - Take charge of the implementation of various marketing projects, covering both online and offline tactics.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and address challenges with innovative solutions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams and Suppliers: - Work closely with internal service groups and external suppliers to bring marketing projects to fruition.
- Utilize various marketing mediums, including advertising, promotions, web, email, and e-marketing, ensuring effective project delivery.
Project Coordination and Delivery: - Drive projects to ensure that defined objectives and campaign strategies are effectively put into action.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to ensure seamless project delivery.
Cost-effective Solutions and Vendor Management: - Develop and propose cost-effective solutions for projects.
- Collaborate with vendors to establish pricing and timelines.
- Create project estimates and schedules, ensuring alignment with manager approval.
- Ensure adherence to all deadlines and budgets.
Quality Control and Review Process: - Oversee quality control of all projects through meticulous editing, proofing, and review processes.
Lead Generation and Reporting: - Coordinate the lead generation, reporting, and database processes.
- Report project results back to the manager and suppliers, obtaining manager approval as necessary
Be the marketing subject matter expert: - Lead the marketing planning and marketing discussions in collaboration with sales and the vendor teams

Experience / Education: - Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, especially in digital marketing and MDF with prior experience working in an IT distributor.
- Proven experience in claiming and reporting to both business and vendors
- Previous work experience in channel marketing is essential.
- Ability to plan, approve, request funding, and successfully claim received funding
- Proficient in English; knowledge of French would be highly valuable
- Strong problem-solving skills,
- Effective communication skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
