Sales Controller

FrieslandCampina Iberia is looking for an experienced Sales Controller able to partner with the Sales Department. This role is a pivotal position for the success of the organization in the ambitious challenges we have ahead.

What we ask

The perfect candidate will:

 

Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy or MBA

Be experienced in FMCG retail commercial environments

Be able to identify areas of financial risk and opportunities

Have great commercial knowledge, know how to improve results within the business model

Have several years of experience in sales controlling (minimum 5 years)

Have strong business acumen and be able to act as a business partner for the local MT (steering/influencing)

Have the capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan, driving corrective actions

Be able to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines

Be a problem solver

Have entrepreneurship mindset 

Have strategic thinking skills (vision/concepts)

Have a “Can Do” attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile

Able to professionally communicate in Spanish & English

Have previous experience working with SAP and Power BI

FrieslandCampina Iberia  is looking for an experienced Sales Controller able to partner with the Sales Department. This role is a pivotal position for the success of the organization in the ambitious challenges we have ahead. 

FrieslandCampina Iberia is transforming itself and on a growth journey in order to become a key player in the Spanish and Portugal dairy market. In order to do that, we need to reinforce our commercial controlling team adding a new Sales Controller able to gather, understand and display proper and accurate data. The successful candidate will join a growing organization and will help to shape it while acting as a co-pilot of the Sales deparment.

The Sales Controller is part of the Finance organization and partners with multiple internal and external stake holders to successfully support and guide the FrieslandCampina Commercial team.
