Tasks
- Manage leads in our inhouse CRM.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with national and international clients.
- Carry out visits to the properties.
- Participate in negotiations between owners and buyers.
- Support and consultancy to clients.
- Ensure that Luxinmos image and work ethic is followed at all times.
- Collaboration with the rest of the sales and marketing team to optimise all property acquisition and sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven Real Estate Experience
- Fluency in English Spanish and French.
- Sales Acumen. We are seeking individuals with a profound desire to sell and exceptional negotiation skills.
