Senior Manager, Global Paid Media
This role is Remote As the Senior Manager for Global Paid Media, you will be a key player in driving the success of our global digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B advertising, a data-driven mindset, and experience managing teams. You will collaborate closely with field marketing, campaign, and ABM teams to optimize paid media campaigns across diverse regions (NA, EMEA, APJ).
In this role you will…
- Develop and execute global paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Industry Advertising (Display, Sponsored Content)
- Paid Social (LinkedIn)
- Optimize media mix decisions based on campaign objectives, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Work closely with field marketing teams to tailor campaigns to regional nuances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to align media efforts with overall marketing objectives, and to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize B2B advertising expertise to create compelling campaigns across paid social, display, and search.
- Assisting with the production of Global marketing campaign components needed to fulfill paid advertising and nurture activities.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across global markets.
- Oversee vendor management, including:
- Vendor communications
- Campaign Tracking and Reporting
- Vendor Sourcing
- Stay abreast of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze KPIs regularly, implement A/B testing methodologies, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
- Work with project management team to build protocols internally that ensure all paid media creative adheres to brand, messaging, and tracking guidelines
- Navigate and adapt to the complexities of a global company, working seamlessly across regions.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
- Proven experience in a senior-level role in global paid media management.
- People management experience, demonstrating leadership and mentorship skills.
- Experience in B2B advertising across paid social, display, and search channels.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SAAS or B2B industry
- Experience working with content teams to develop campaigns creative
- Experience managing external contractors & vendors
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent desktop computer skills including MS Office, and other publishing toolsCombined knowledge of online marketing and product marketing preferred.
- Adaptability and openness to learning in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Capability of working independently while also being a strong, passionate team player on projects

In Spain, The base salary range for this position is: 74600 - 119400 EUR. If you work outside of Spain, the salary range may be different and will be applicable to your country, currency and market.
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package.
Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
